Gateway Capital Development sell Wells Fargo Branches

Gateway Capital Development has sold the former Wells Fargo Branch Bank on Philips highway at Emerson Street to Aldi.  Aldi will redevelop the 1.9 acre site to accommodate an Aldi super market.   In addition, Gateway has sold the former Wells Fargo branches in Orange Park, Daytona Beach Shores, Ponte Vedra Beach and Port Orange, FL.
